What Does That Taste Like?

You know how exciting it is to eat a delicious meal or how satisfied you are after feasting on your favorite cuisine? WELL I DON’T. Aaaargh.

I have once again lost my sense of taste. It’s very frustrating. Garlic shrimp, turkey chili, chicken tamales… It all tastes the same. If I close my eyes and eat, I can’t distinguish one from the other. Also this week, this new chemo drug I’m on has given me hives on my hands and forearms. Woe is me.

Now that I've vented, to be fair, there are so many other worse side effects that I could be experiencing. So if this is all I have to deal with, I’m doing pretty good.
